Who doesn’t love the combo of peanut butter and chocolate? These remind me of cookie dough, but with the added punch of protein to keep your energy up, blood sugar stable, and your hunger at bay!
Some recommendations when looking for a healthy protein powder is to find one that is high in protein (~20 gm), low in calories (150 calories or less), low in fat (less than 3 gm), low in carbohydrates (less than 6 gm), and low in sugar (less than 3 gm).

Ingredients:
1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (Plant based protein powder)
1/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Raw Honey
2 tbsps. Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Combine oats, vanilla protein powder, unsweetened shredded coconut, chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator 30 minutes .Remove mixture form refrigerator; roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
